Are you a white belt struggling to learn the deep intricacies of Brazilian jiu-jitsu? There are many students over the age of 35 around the world who are enrolling in BJJ classes everyday. However, many white belts struggle to keep up with their younger training partners due to time, age, old injuries, and declining levels of fitness.
This leads to a lack of progress and enjoyment often resulting in high drop out rates within the first two years of enrolling.
